Overview of the corporate connections provided by the Masters of Management and Organizational Leadership (MOL) Program, offered by the Penn State Smeal College of Business.

Recruiters from a diverse array of companies, non-profits, and governmental agencies annually turn to the Penn State Smeal College of Business for talent. Our MOL Employer Relations team works to provide the infrastructure and opportunities for you to position yourself for the future.

  • Recruitment Management System: Access job openings, post your resume, email recruiters, schedule interviews, and find out when recruiters will be on campus for information sessions.
  • On-Campus Recruiting: We arrange for recruiters to come to campus to meet with you whether you are pre-selected as a candidate or wish to attend an open interview session.
  • On-Site Interviews: With service by three major airlines and located within four hours drive of major metropolitan hubs such as New York City, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C., we coordinate interviews at the recruiter’s site.
  • Phone and Video Conference Interviews: With in-house videoconferencing equipment and private interview rooms, we can help connect you to recruiters for phone, teleconference, or videoconference interviews.

As a Smeal student, you will also have the opportunity to connect with the organizations that annually participate in the college’s numerous career fairs. Each semester, organizations come to campus looking for students to hire into a range of functions including corporate finance, marketing, and supply chain.
