To help you best position yourself to recruiters, our Career Services team will provide guidance and access to a range of services throughout the MOL experience. Beginning with the MOL orientation in August, the team will work with you to hone your skills in resume and cover letter writing and in interview preparation.

  • Virtual Coaching: Use technologies like Zoom and WebEx to tap into the expertise of Smeal alumni and partners.
  • Resume Evaluation: Access coaches the summer before you begin your program to evaluate the effectiveness of your resume, providing feedback you can use to more effectively communicate your talents to employers. Get an early start so you are ready to begin your job search before classes begin.
  • Interview Practice: Virtually hone your responses to the most commonly asked interview questions.
